This report highlights the real-world impact across 23 St. Clair County communities from 2020 through 2025, where partnering directly with local leaders to plan projects and leverage outside funding turned $7.9M in grant seed money into $22M of completed and active community investments. Spanning parks, public gathering spaces, and regional trail connections, this collaborative framework demonstrates that targeted rural support attracts significant outside dollars and builds a connected foundation for our small towns' long term future.
