Formerly known as the Cleland Community Youth Fund, the Robert H. and Paula M. Cleland Community Youth Fund was established in 1991 by Judge Robert H. Cleland. All nonprofit organizations in St. Clair County serving the needs of youth are eligible to apply for grants from this fund.
