The general charitable intent of this fund support organizations, projects and programs related to the historical preservation of railway, maritime or military collections through restoration, care, maintenance, re-construction and purchase of materials and services for such activities.

Preference will be given to organizations located in the following Michigan counties: St. Clair, Sanilac, Huron, Macomb, Shiawassee, Lapeer, Genesee, Tuscola and Bay counties.
